Buyers Service for Real Estate understand that finding a home or investment property can be a daunting and time consuming task, and with the scale of Sydney’s property market escalating, most people have no idea where to start.

Buyer’s Service for Real Estate is dedicated to taking the load off your shoulders by locating and purchasing the property you’ve always dreamed of, without lifting a finger.

Buyer’s Service is not only for the extremely wealthy. Very often we are approached by young, first time home buyers who have spent months trying to break into the market. Our inside knowledge of the real estate industry and auctions takes the disappointment out of home buying and guarantees the best price possible.

We deal with every aspect of your property purchase, from finding the property, to attending auctions on your behalf, organising building inspection reports and sourcing the most appropriate finance.

WHO WE ARE

Brendan Jack

Brendan Jack has over 40 years experience in sales, valuations and property management fields in the real estate industry.

During his early years Brendan gained his Real Estate License and became a member of the Real Estate Institute of NSW. In 1993 Brendan began to specialize as a Buyer’s Agent.

Brendan was invited by the Department of Fair Trading to be involved in the formulation of the latest Property, Stock and Business Agents Act in relation to Buyers Agents.

Brendan was the Chairman of the Buyer’s Agents Chapter of the Real Estate Institute of NSW from 2005 to 2007 and is currently the Deputy Chairman of the Chapter.   He is also a judge for the REI "Awards of Excellence" for Buyer's Agents. Brendan is also a member of the Property Services Industry Training Advisory Body of NSW, advising on training requirements for Real Estate Agents and Buyer’s Agents.

Anne Jack

Anne Jack has over 35 years experience in the real estate industry covering every aspect form valuation to property management.

She has had vast experience in sales, property management, office administration and valuation support. This experience was gained over the 25 years that Brendan and Anne Jack ran their own Real Estate Agency.

Since the establishment of Buyer’s Service for Real Estate, Anne has developed her unique skill of interpreting her client’s "wish list" and quickly turning it into reality. She impresses clients with the speed in which she is able to assess their requirements, source suitable properties and match the client’s desires with the correct property.
